Current Job Openings:

Sr lead Java developer As Sr Java Software Engineer for a web-based J2EE application you will design and implement key components for an enterprise class product. You will have technical responsibility for application modules including having high-level design of the whole product. We have an immediate need for a very senior, hands-on Developer/Architect who is an expert coder with strong analytical skills and solid experience in the design, build and roll-out of Java and J2EE-based software products. The ideal candidate will have excellent OOD skills, deep knowledge of J2EE technologies, App Servers, and databases. This person should have experience delivering enterprise products while meeting requirements for reliability, availability and scalability.
*Knowledge of software engineering and development principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
*Proficiency with design and infrastructure management methodologies and processes.
*Ability to apply project management best practices on engineering developments.
*Analysis, design, development and delivery of large, complex, high performance, high availability and scalable enterprise solutions.
*Ability to successfully manage and work with development partners, including, off-shore vendors.
*Characteristics include: an understanding of technical architectures/products, an ability to effectively apply technical architecture/product knowledge to the technical portion of our business solutions, and an understanding of the needs of the industry to which solutions are delivered.
*Proven skills in the effective management of complex, multi-disciplined resources and technologies.
*Knowledge of multiple hardware infrastructure and application technologies including (but not limited to): Open Systems (UNIX/LINUX), Enterprise Databases, Middleware, Web services, open source technologies, Application development platforms, testing tools, J2EE, Web, High Availability designs and technologies.

C/C++ Developer Technical solutions, translating high level requirements into software solutions and technically leading developments as well as doing the coding and documentation.
* Must be an analytical problem solver and have extensive experience in writing object-oriented software using C++
* Solid understanding of the properties and appropriate use of basic algorithms and data structure.
* Experience with multiple GUI toolkits, and proficiency in both UNIX and Windows are also required.
* Familiarity with open source GUI toolkits such as GTK and Qt, as well as network programming is desired.
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Knowledge in .Net, C#, WPF, JavaScript, or source control tools such as Subversion is a plus.


QA Analyst The QA Requirements Analyst will operate as a spokesperson for business requirements analysis and interact with product development to gather and manage the testing requirements for end- user functionality. Create test scenarios using industry standards and best practices for software development life cycle.
*Consult with product development staff to build an understanding of the varied and complex
business functionality supported by the system *Write test scenarios following the use case methodology
*Define, manage and review the test scenarios for multiple projects
*Develop, provide and coordinate training on test methodology
*Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge
*Develop effective relationships within and among departments and with other internal resources

Cisco Infrastructure engineer The Cisco Network Architect is a Senior Infrastucture Network Engineer who is responsible for strategically designing and implementing in-house information systems and networked software architectures that support core organizational functions, and assure their high availability. The primary functions involve gaining organizational commitment for all systems and software plans, as well as evaluating and selecting all technologies required to complete those plans. The position provides technical leadership across the organization, from strategic decision-making down to the project planning level; responsible for design and implementation of long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining corporate systems and software; responsible for design, development, and oversight of implementation of end-to-end integrated systems; responsible for development, documentation, communicatation, and enforcement of policy for standardizing systems and software as necessary; provide guidance to junior members of the team. Ensure that proposed and existing systems architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, other Systems Architects, and software development teams Develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in systems architecture, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility Document the company's existing systems architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives Review new and existing systems design projects and procurement or outsourcing plans for compliance with standards and architectural plans Confer with end-users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models Develop and manage a systems capacity plan Develop, document, communicate, and enforce a policy for standardizing systems and software as necessary

Network admin Minimum Required Skills: Windows Network Administra, Network Admin, Windows XP, Active Directory, VM Ware, IIS 6.0, Layer 3 Switching, VOIP, Security, Firewalls * Building Windows servers
* Installing and supporting Active Directory, SQL Server, Windows XP
* Set up and maintain new VM WARE servers
* Manage the VOIP system
* Troubleshoot and support any network and security systems

Windows admin This person has a minimum of 7 yrs experience and has in depth knowledge of software engineering utilizing Web based or Object Oriented Technologies including .NET. Working with other team members from the beginning of the product cycle through release, Software Engineers design and implement sophisticated products using the latest and most advanced engineering technologies in the industry. Responsibilities include designing, developing and implementing software solutions, leading complex projects of major significance, reviewing and recommending products from multiple CONSULTANTS as necessary, developing technical specifications and acting as a technical lead in the software development process. Individuals will also provide guidance to and review the work of other team members as well as investigating ways to potentially improve processes existing today and implement improvements.

Unix admin Responsible for the high level systems design and implementation for a Network Management System ( NMS) environment managing a world-wide Optical and IP Network. Candidate develops designs, installs, configures and tests software, and integrates solutions into overall NMS environment. Provides systems and applications support and engineering for the UNIX / Sun Solaris platform. The job is a combination of advanced systems administration and systems engineering. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of multiple technologies including a functional knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, and system security policies and procedures. The candidate must be a team player, with an inherent ability to work well under tight timelines, and have strong problem-solving capabilities. Candidate will have strong communication skills both written and oral, will develop test plans, design documentation, implementation plans, and position papers.
